The new National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) wing of the Peltier Child Development Center (CDC) was formally opened during a ribbon cutting ceremony held Sept. 15, 2016. Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii hosted a ground breaking ceremony Dec. 11, 2014 for the $11.3 million contract, awarded in 2013 to RORE-ITSI, JV LLC, San Diego, California. The new facility resulted from an ongoing partnership between the U.S. Navy and NOAA and provides nine additional classrooms to the Peltier CDC, increasing its capacity to 248 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. July 2015 – RORE was awarded this task order under our current Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Currently, we are providing design, demolition, construction, and testing services on the B820 Fitness Center design-build renovation project. RORE is providing a complete renovation of existing locker rooms, cardio workout area, and weight lifting area; whole facility reconfiguration of HVAC systems; and whole facility fire safety system enhancements. During construction, RORE will provide temporary locker rooms and showers for continued use of limited fitness equipment which can be relocated to the gymnasium floor.
December 2014 – RORE was selected by NAVFAC Northwest for a single award of the JOC Contract. This five year contract includes Category III and Category IV Construction requirements in the West sound region of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest Area of responsibility to include Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) – Bangor, Silverdale WA; NBK – Bremerton, WA; and to a lesser extent Naval Station Everett, Everett, WA and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Whidbey Island, WA. Types of projects include construction, repair , alteration and maintenance services.
September 2014 – RORE Innovative Solutions JV was awarded a task order under its current USACE, Los Angeles District Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC). This design-build task order includes the design and construction of a new Operable Unit (OU2) Groundwater Treatment Plant (GWTP-N) which entails placing new buried pipelines; connecting new to existing pipelines for both extraction and disposal piping networks; constructing an infiltration gallery and new groundwater wells (extraction and injection) for the Fort Ord military community near Monterey, CA.
September 2014 – RORE was awarded a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) contract by NAVFAC Hawaii. This $2 million contract includes new construction, repair, alteration and demolition projects performed throughout the State of Hawaii. RORE was one of 3 contractors selected for an award.
July 2014 – RORE was awarded a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) contract by Luke AFB. This contract includes new construction, repair, alteration projects performed throughout Luke AFB, Tuthill Recreation Area and Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field (AFAF).
